  • To ensure every order receives the time and creativity it deserves, we limit the number of orders we take each week.

    This allows us to maintain our high standards of quality and give each customer a truly personalized experience.

    To guarantee your spot on our baking schedule, we kindly ask that you book your order as early as possible. Custom orders, especially for events or larger quantities, should be placed at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your desired date.

Policies

Payment Schedule

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for custom orders.

  • The remaining balance is due upon pick up or delivery.

  • The client will not receive the order until balance is paid in full.

Ordering

  • Custom orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellations

  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

  • In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters or emergencies) preventing the bakery from fulfilling an order, clients will receive their choice of a full refund or credit toward future orders.

Firewheel Bakery offers custom sugar cookies that are between 3-4 inches in size. They come individually heat sealed and can stay fresh for up to two weeks, or three months if frozen. Cookies will come packaged inside a bakery box.
